Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs carrots peeled and cut into even sticks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
  • Peel and cut carrots. Pat dry.
  • Melt butter. Stir in honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss carrots with glaze on baking sheet.
  • Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
