honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
Peel and cut carrots. Pat dry.
Melt butter. Stir in honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss carrots with glaze on baking sheet.
Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
