Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 6-oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Brush both sides of the salmon with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper over both sides. Rub in gently.
  • Arrange salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, leaving space between them.

Notes

  • Use an instant-read thermometer: salmon is perfectly cooked at 125–130°F (52–54°C) internal temperature.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Try with a honey mustard or teriyaki glaze for variety.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and are great flaked over salads.
