For the Salad:
- 1 large romaine lettuce or 2 small heads
- 1/2 lb fusilli pasta cooked al dente
- 1 medium avocado diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing or to taste
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Optional: grilled chicken or shrimp
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
Wash, dry, and chop romaine.
Add to a large bowl with pasta, avocado, and tomatoes.
Toss with Caesar dressing to coat evenly.
