Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 1 large romaine lettuce or 2 small heads
  • 1/2 lb fusilli pasta cooked al dente
  • 1 medium avocado diced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing or to taste
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Optional: grilled chicken or shrimp

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Rinse in cold water and drain.
  • Wash, dry, and chop romaine.
  • Add to a large bowl with pasta, avocado, and tomatoes.
  • Toss with Caesar dressing to coat evenly.
  • Top with parmesan and croutons. Serve immediately.
