Ingredients
  

Quick Aioli:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Brussels Sprouts:

  • 20 small/medium Brussels sprouts
  • 10 strips thick-cut bacon halved

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉ and line baking sheet with foil.
  • Make aioli: mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
  • Halve bacon strips and wrap around Brussels sprouts.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 30–40 minutes until bacon is crispy.
