Ingredients
  

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wrap each mozzarella stick with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Beat eggs in a second bowl.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dredge each bacon-wrapped stick in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Notes

  • Use frozen mozzarella sticks for easier wrapping and less melting.
