- 2 8 oz boxes uncooked manicotti shells
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheddar cheese
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 jalapeño finely diced
- 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 12 oz packages bacon
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce plus more for brushing
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with foil and place wire rack on top.
Mix beef, sausage, onion, cheeses, jalapeño, and seasonings in large bowl.
