Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 oz boxes uncooked manicotti shells
  • pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound hot Italian sausage
  • 1 medium onion finely diced
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 12 oz packages bacon
  • cup barbecue sauce plus more for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place wire rack on top.
  • Mix beef, sausage, onion, cheeses, jalapeño, and seasonings in large bowl.
  • Stuff uncooked manicotti shells from both ends with filling, avoiding air pockets.
  • Wrap each shell with bacon slices, securing ends.
  • Brush with barbecue sauce and place on rack.

Notes

• Do not boil the manicotti—uncooked shells hold the filling better and cook perfectly in the oven.
