Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups long grain rice uncooked
  • 1 14.5 oz can of beef broth
  • 1 10.5 oz can of French onion soup
  • 1 stick of cold butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In an 8×8-inch pan, spread the uncooked rice evenly.
  • Pour beef broth over the rice.
  • Add French onion soup.
  • Slice the cold butter into pats and layer over the rice and soup mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 25 minutes.

Notes

  • If you prefer a richer flavor, you can use a mix of beef broth and chicken broth.
