- 1 1/4 cups long grain rice uncooked
- 1 14.5 oz can of beef broth
- 1 10.5 oz can of French onion soup
- 1 stick of cold butter
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In an 8×8-inch pan, spread the uncooked rice evenly.
Pour beef broth over the rice.
Add French onion soup.
Slice the cold butter into pats and layer over the rice and soup mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
