- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips divided
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir dry into wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in ¾ cup chocolate chips.
Divide batter into muffin cups. Top with remaining chips.
