Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt whole, low fat, or fat-free
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave to taste
  • 1 ripe pear quartered and seeded
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Add cold water, yogurt, sweetener, pear, and frozen blueberries to the blender in that order.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
