- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt whole, low fat, or fat-free
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave to taste
- 1 ripe pear quartered and seeded
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
Add cold water, yogurt, sweetener, pear, and frozen blueberries to the blender in that order.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
