Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Press pizza crust into a greased 15×10-inch pan and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet and scramble eggs until just set.
  • Spread eggs on crust, then add sausage, bacon, and cheeses.
  • Bake for 6–8 more minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

Notes
