- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Press pizza crust into a greased 15×10-inch pan and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet and scramble eggs until just set.
Spread eggs on crust, then add sausage, bacon, and cheeses.
