Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 1 medium broccoli head
  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries craisins
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds or pine nuts toasted

For the Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Chop broccoli into small florets and dice stem if using.
  • Dice cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden and fragrant.
  • Combine broccoli, cauliflower, craisins, and nuts in a large bowl.
