For the Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails 5–6 oz each
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
Butterfly lobster tails and lift meat over shell.
Mix marinade and spoon evenly over each tail.
Dot each tail with ½ Tbsp butter.
Broil 6 inches from heat for 10–11 minutes.
Transfer to platter. Garnish with parsley.
Simmer pan drippings with 2 Tbsp butter for garlic lemon sauce.
