Ingredients
  

For the Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails 5–6 oz each
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • Tbsp olive oil
  • Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter divided

Instructions
 

  • Butterfly lobster tails and lift meat over shell.
  • Mix marinade and spoon evenly over each tail.
  • Dot each tail with ½ Tbsp butter.
  • Broil 6 inches from heat for 10–11 minutes.
  • Transfer to platter. Garnish with parsley.
  • Simmer pan drippings with 2 Tbsp butter for garlic lemon sauce.
