Ingredients
  

For the Brownie Crust:

  • 1 box 18 oz brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as instructed)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • Assorted fresh fruits strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes, sliced
  • ¼ cup apricot preserves or fruit jelly melted (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and prepare brownie batter per box directions.
  • Line or spray a pizza pan, spread brownie batter into a round or rectangle.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
  • Spread frosting over cooled brownie, leaving a border.
  • Arrange sliced fruit over the top.
