These grilled Cajun garlic butter shrimp skewers combine juicy shrimp, rich butter, fresh garlic, and bold Cajun spices for an easy summer favorite. A quick cook on the grill gives them irresistible char and flavor.

- ½ cup unsalted butter 8 Tbsp
- 4 cloves garlic pressed or minced
- 1 Tbsp Cajun spice
- ½ tsp salt omit if using salted butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice from ½ lemon
- 2 lbs large shrimp 21–25 count, peeled & deveined
- 12 medium wooden skewers
Soak skewers 30 min; preheat grill to 400°F.
Simmer butter, garlic, Cajun spice, salt, and lemon juice; split into two portions.
Thread shrimp onto skewers; brush one side with sauce and chill 2 min; flip, brush, and chill.
Grill 2 min per side until opaque; baste with remaining sauce and serve.
