Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 9 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cauliflower and cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Add mushrooms and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté for 2 more minutes.
  • Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan (if using), and fresh parsley.
