- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
- 9 oz mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese optional
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cauliflower and cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes.
Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sauté for 2 more minutes.
Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan (if using), and fresh parsley.
