Ingredients
  

Red Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20
  • teaspoons salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 24-ounce jars spaghetti sauce

Pasta

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 16 ounces spaghetti

Alfredo Sauce

  • ½ cup 1 stick butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain fat.
  • Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
  • Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.

Notes

  • You can add additional vegetables to the red sauce, such as mushrooms or zucchini, for extra flavor and nutrition.
