Red Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup onion chopped
- ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef 80/20
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1½ 24-ounce jars spaghetti sauce
Pasta
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 16 ounces spaghetti
Alfredo Sauce
- ½ cup 1 stick butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain fat.
Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
