Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Slice and pound chicken evenly.
  • Set up dredging stations: flour, eggs, and breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
  • Bread the chicken: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  • Fry until golden on both sides.
  • Spread marinara in a baking dish, add chicken, top with more sauce and cheese.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
