- 1¼ lb lean ground chicken
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup ketchup for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf in the pan.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
