Ingredients
  

  • lb lean ground chicken
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup ketchup for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf in the pan.
  • Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can sub in ground turkey if preferred.
