Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in yogurt for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  • Heat oil, sauté onion until golden.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and spices; cook 2 minutes.
  • Stir in tomatoes; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add chicken and marinade. Cook 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Notes
