Wraps:
- ½ batch air fryer chicken tenders
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 pickles diced
- ¼ cup sliced radishes
- ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Honey Mustard Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grainy dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp white vinegar
Cook chicken tenders (omit buffalo sauce).
Mix honey mustard sauce ingredients until smooth.
Toss slaw, lettuce, pickles, radishes, and tomatoes with most of the sauce.
Fill tortillas with slaw mix, chicken, cheese, and drizzle more sauce.
