Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • cups parsley chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • ½ cup raw almonds chopped
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • cup organic raisins

For the Vinaigrette:

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp clover honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop all veggies using a sharp knife or food processor.
  • Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix vinaigrette ingredients in a jar or whisk in a bowl.
  • Toss salad with vinaigrette. Chill 30–60 mins before serving.
