- Zest and juice of 1 lime plus 1 lime cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro divided
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Black pepper to taste
Pound the thick end of each chicken breast so it’s even with the thinner end.
