- ½ cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup milk warm
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted (plus more for pan)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- Pinch sea salt
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth. Let batter rest 5–10 minutes.
Heat non-stick pan over medium.
Add butter and swirl ¼ cup batter to coat pan.
Cook until edges are golden, then flip and cook 30 seconds more.
Repeat with remaining batter, letting crepes cool before stacking.
