Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Hard-boil eggs, cool in an ice bath, and peel.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with paprika and chives. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of vinegar or a few drops of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
