- 6 oz bacon chopped
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 3/4 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a deep skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
Remove and reserve 3 Tbsp bacon fat in the pan.
Add Brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook 8–9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add cream and bring to a simmer.
