Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz bacon chopped
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 3/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a deep skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
  • Remove and reserve 3 Tbsp bacon fat in the pan.
  • Add Brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook 8–9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  • Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add cream and bring to a simmer.
