Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz container green onion cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 10 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Arrange chicken in a single layer and season with salt, pepper, and garlic herb seasoning.
  • Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until soft; spread over chicken.
