- 8 oz imitation crab meat flake or chunk
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup diced celery about 2 small stalks
- ¼ cup green onions thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 oz softened cream cheese ¼ package
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, half of both cheeses, celery, white ends of green onions, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
Stir well to combine.
Spoon mixture into a greased 8×8 or round casserole dish.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Colby Jack cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
