- 4 boneless pork chops ½” thick
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- ½ medium onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp parsley optional garnish
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a pan.
Sear pork chops for 3–4 mins per side. Remove and keep warm.
Add 1 Tbsp butter and mushrooms. Cook for 2 mins.
Add 1 Tbsp butter and onion.
Cook 3–4 mins, then add garlic and sauté 30 secs.
