Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops ½” thick
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • ½ medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • cups chicken broth
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a pan.
  • Sear pork chops for 3–4 mins per side. Remove and keep warm.
  • Add 1 Tbsp butter and mushrooms. Cook for 2 mins.
  • Add 1 Tbsp butter and onion.
  • Cook 3–4 mins, then add garlic and sauté 30 secs.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, simmer a bit longer uncovered before returning the pork.
