Ingredients
  

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp liquid honey or vegan substitute
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Dash of sriracha

Slaw:

  • 1 small green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 small red cabbage shredded
  • 3 large carrots peeled and shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  • Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with green onions and peanuts. Serve fresh.
