Ingredients
  

  • 1.6 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half & half
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp mustard optional
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • cups cooked white rice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with spices, cook 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  • Add broth, simmer 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream, sour cream, Parmesan; simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened. Season.
