These Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are spicy, saucy, and totally addictive. Tender salmon cubes are pan-seared until golden, then coated in a sweet and tangy homemade bang bang sauce that’s creamy with just the right amount of kick. Perfect for rice bowls, salads, or as an easy appetizer!

Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites:

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes. Toss with oil and all spices.
  • In a bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until creamy. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet with oil. Cook salmon in batches, 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Drizzle or toss salmon with sauce.
  • Garnish and serve hot with rice or salad.

Notes

  • For extra crispy texture, sear the salmon in a cast iron skillet without crowding the pan.
  • You can bake or air-fry the salmon at 400°F for 10–12 minutes as a lighter alternative.
  • The sauce also works great as a dip for shrimp, chicken tenders, or roasted veggies!
