- 1 1/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken chopped or shredded
- 1/3 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1/3 cup diced tomato
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onion
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a pizza pan with parchment paper (do not use wax paper).
Mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese together, then spread into a circle on the parchment paper to form a cheese base.
Bake the cheese base for about 5 minutes until melted and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and drain any excess oil.
Arrange the chicken over one half of the cheese base.
Add the bell pepper, diced tomato, and green onion on top.
