Ingredients
  

  • 1.3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs diced
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder garlic powder, black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 5 tbsp butter diced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk flour, salt, spices; coat chicken.
  • Cook chicken in butter + oil over medium-high until crisp, 3–4 min per side; remove.
  • Melt remaining butter; add honey, vinegar, soy, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs are juicier and more flavorful, but chicken breast can be used.
