- 1.3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs diced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder garlic powder, black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 5 tbsp butter diced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk flour, salt, spices; coat chicken.
Cook chicken in butter + oil over medium-high until crisp, 3–4 min per side; remove.
Melt remaining butter; add honey, vinegar, soy, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick.
