Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 400 g Kielbasa sausages
  • 1 medium brown onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  • Peel and dice potatoes. Rinse in cold water several times until clear, then dry thoroughly.
  • Toss potatoes with half the olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, garlic granules, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry potatoes for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Slice kielbasa and chop onion into chunks. Toss with remaining olive oil.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to the potatoes before air frying.
