- 1 kg potatoes
- 400 g Kielbasa sausages
- 1 medium brown onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
- ½ tablespoon garlic granules
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Peel and dice potatoes. Rinse in cold water several times until clear, then dry thoroughly.
Toss potatoes with half the olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, garlic granules, salt, and pepper.
Air fry potatoes for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Slice kielbasa and chop onion into chunks. Toss with remaining olive oil.
