- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 green bell peppers diced
- 8 mushrooms diced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 4–5 minutes, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove beef and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat olive oil.
Sauté onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms for 5–6 minutes, until softened.
