  • 5 garlic cloves pressed
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil divided
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried
  • 2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Slice lamb chops, pat dry, and mix marinade.
  • Marinate chops 1 hour or overnight.
  • Let lamb sit out 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Sear 2–4 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes.
  • Deglaze pan with stock, then swirl in butter.
