Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional
  • Lemon zest optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into even pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add more oil or butter if needed.
  • Add broccoli and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add broth, cover, and steam for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
