Ingredients
  

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 –10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce more if desired
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley minced

Chicken Seasonings

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Additional

  • Olive oil for coating
  • Wooden skewers soaked

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil and chicken seasonings.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers, packing tightly. Trim skewers if needed.
  • Melt butter with garlic; whisk in parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  • Air fry skewers at 400°F: 5 min, flip & baste; 2 min, flip & baste; 5–6 min until 165°F.

Notes

  • You can grill or oven-bake these skewers if you don’t have an air fryer.
