Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 10 pieces)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp real mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion thickly sliced
  • BBQ sauce for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash.
  • Add mayo and onions. Toss to coat and marinate 6+ hours.
  • Preheat grill, brush grates with oil. Grill thighs on low, covered, 12–15 minutes.
  • Baste with BBQ sauce, flip, baste again. Grill another 12–15 minutes until done.
  • Let rest 5–10 minutes, brush with more sauce, and serve.
