Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Steam or microwave broccoli until tender.
  • Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side to 165°F (75°C).
  • Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make sauce.
  • Slice chicken, serve over broccoli, and drizzle with sauce.
