Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  • Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  • Stir in halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add chicken broth, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until sprouts are tender.
  • Stir in lemon juice, mix well, and serve warm.
