- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1½ teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions sliced
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Hoisin sauce and sesame seeds for garnish
Sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup beef broth or chicken broth
- ¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Cook turkey, ginger, and garlic in a large skillet until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
In a bowl, mix water, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and sesame oil.
In another small bowl, mix 1 tbsp water with cornstarch to make a slurry.
Add coleslaw mix to turkey and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until slightly softened.
Push everything to the sides of the skillet.
