- 2 medium zucchinis cut into sticks
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Slice the zucchinis and onion as directed.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds.
