- 1 medium onion cut into chunks
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 300°F and line a loaf pan with parchment.
Process onion and garlic in food processor until smooth.
Strain with towel to remove excess liquid.
Add meats, herbs, salt, and pepper. Blend into a paste.
Press mixture into loaf pan tightly.
Bake 45–55 minutes, or until internal temp is 165°F.
