Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • 2 medium onions cut into wedges
  • 4 boneless pork chops blade cut preferred
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot or organic cornstarch or ¼ tsp glucomannan
  • cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions in butter. Push aside and brown pork chops.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add beef stock and Worcestershire. Scrape the bottom to deglaze.
  • Seal and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Natural release for 5, then quick release.
  • Remove pork and keep warm. Simmer sauce to thicken.
