- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup banana peppers roughly chopped or whole
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini roughly chopped or whole
- 15 oz canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Italian salami cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup sharp provolone cheese cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 oz green leaf lettuce roughly chopped
Pour 1/4 cup basil vinaigrette into each mason jar.
Add 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
Layer banana peppers, green olives, pepperoncini, and chickpeas.
Add salami and provolone cheese.
Top with chopped lettuce. Seal jars and refrigerate.
