- 8 keto zero-carb tortillas street taco size
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup dill pickle slices
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Keto Big Mac Sauce
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1½ tsp yellow mustard
- 3 tsp sugar-free ketchup
- ¼ tsp vinegar
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Knead to mix well.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal-sized balls.
Press one ball firmly onto the front side of a tortilla, spreading it to cover the entire surface.
Repeat with remaining balls and tortillas.
Place tortillas meat-side down in the hot skillet.
