Ingredients
  

  • 8 keto zero-carb tortillas street taco size
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • tsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tsp sugar-free ketchup
  • ¼ tsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Knead to mix well.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal-sized balls.
  • Press one ball firmly onto the front side of a tortilla, spreading it to cover the entire surface.
  • Repeat with remaining balls and tortillas.
  • Place tortillas meat-side down in the hot skillet.
