- 28 oz kielbasa sliced
- 20 oz frozen tortellini
- 32 oz frozen vegetables like broccoli or sheet pan mix
- 3 –4 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
If using fresh or boxed tortellini, boil first per package directions. Drain.
Add kielbasa, tortellini, and frozen veggies to a large sheet pan.
Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
