Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz kielbasa sliced
  • 20 oz frozen tortellini
  • 32 oz frozen vegetables like broccoli or sheet pan mix
  • 3 –4 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • If using fresh or boxed tortellini, boil first per package directions. Drain.
  • Add kielbasa, tortellini, and frozen veggies to a large sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make Ahead: This meal can be prepped in advance by slicing the kielbasa and freezing the vegetables. Just assemble and bake when ready.
