Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups curly kale
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup croutons crushed
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, and chop kale. Place in bowl.
  • Whisk together lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle a little over kale and massage until tender.
  • Toss with remaining dressing and parmesan.
  • Crush croutons and sprinkle over top.
  • Serve immediately for best crunch.
