Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ball homemade or store-bought pizza dough

Lemon Brine

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Mozzarella

  • 5 oz fresh mozzarella or ½ cup shredded

To Finish

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parmesan grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Fresh black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 500°F with stone inside.
  • Shape dough to 9×13 inch and place on parchment.
  • Mix brine ingredients in jar and shake until blended.
  • Dimple dough, spread brine, and top with mozzarella.
  • Transfer to hot stone and bake 8–10 minutes.

  • Mozzarella Tip: If using fresh mozzarella, pat dry before placing on the dough to prevent excess moisture.
