Pizza Dough
- 1 ball homemade or store-bought pizza dough
Lemon Brine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Mozzarella
- 5 oz fresh mozzarella or ½ cup shredded
To Finish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parmesan grated
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Fresh black pepper
Preheat oven to 500°F with stone inside.
Shape dough to 9×13 inch and place on parchment.
Mix brine ingredients in jar and shake until blended.
Dimple dough, spread brine, and top with mozzarella.
Transfer to hot stone and bake 8–10 minutes.
